NZ mohair wishes to offer you the best service available. We pride ourselves on the customer service we provide and would like to hear any comments you have.

Order Processing

We aim to have all orders processed and sent within three working days of receiving payment and if we do not have the item in stock we will notify you within this time.

 

Delivery

New Zealand Delivery Time:
North Island: 2-3 working days (once order is processed)
South Island: 2-4 working day (once order is processed)
International- all orders are sent via Airmail unless requested otherwise.
Worldwide: 3-10 working days (once order is processed)

Delivery prices will be shown during the ordering process before payment is requested.

Christmas- items can experience delays from the 15th until the 26th of December.

Guarantee

NZ Mohair aim to deliver goods of the highest quality. We only use reputable suppliers and being avid users of the product ourselves we think you will be pleasantly surprised when you try any of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return them to us unused within 30 days of receiving the goods and we will refund or exchange your purchase no questions asked provided the goods are returned:

• with the original receipt
• unworn/undamaged and in original condition
